Our fees reflect live facilitation time, preparation, and written follow-up. No subscriptions — you pay for the sessions your group books.
Weekly Screen Review from £45
Per person, per 90-minute session
The flagship recurring session. Invoiced monthly in advance for the number of weeks booked. New groups commit to a minimum of four consecutive sessions so habits have time to settle.
- Groups of 3–5: £45 per person per session
- Groups of 6–8: £42 per person per session
- Groups of 9–10: £38 per person per session
Session summaries and annotation reference cards included. In-person attendance at our Frome room carries no surcharge. Hybrid groups (some in room, some on video) are priced at the per-person rate above.
Study Group Kickstart £320
Per group, half-day workshop
Covers up to eight members for a four-hour facilitated workshop. Additional attendees £25 each. Venue at our Frome space is included; off-site delivery within 30 miles of BA11 is available at no extra charge. Beyond that radius, travel is quoted separately.
Chart Annotation Clinic £180
Per group, per 60-minute clinic
Monthly or ad-hoc audit of up to twelve submitted charts. Written feedback delivered within 24 hours of the session. No per-person charge — one flat fee per group regardless of member count (maximum twelve charts).
Estimate factors
Final quotes may vary when:
- Your group requires evening or weekend slots outside our standard timetable (before 9am or after 7pm)
- You request session recordings (from £15 per session)
- You need a bespoke review template for a specialised market (quoted after a brief scoping call)
